Why
Less file confusion
Teams lose control when files, versions and decisions are scattered across folders, email and chat.
File Vault
File Vault helps tribes manage files safely inside the app context with folders, versions, review, approval, release, preview and audit events.
File Vault uses protected app storage and authorised preview/download routes; public links, guests and external sharing remain out of scope.
Explanation
File Vault brings documents back into the right tribe context without permanent public file URLs.
