These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.tooltribes.com and all related products, services, and features provided by Tooltribes (“Tooltribes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Tooltribes.

Note: If you have a signed agreement with Tooltribes, that agreement applies first. These General Terms only apply where your contract does not cover the subject.

  • We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, or privacy practices.

  • Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

  • All intellectual property in the Tooltribes Services, brand, and content remains with Tooltribes or its licensors.

  • You retain ownership of your data but grant Tooltribes a limited license to process and display it for the purpose of delivering the Services.

  • Our Privacy Statement and Cookie Statement form part of these Terms.

  • By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in these documents.

9. Data & Security

  • We take appropriate measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

10. Payments & Subscriptions

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands and applicable EU regulations.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in The Netherlands.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://tooltribes.com. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

16. Priority of Separate Agreements

For certain customers, Tooltribes may enter into a separate, signed agreement or contract. In such cases, the terms of that agreement shall take precedence over these General Terms to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency. For all matters not expressly covered in the separate agreement, these General Terms remain applicable.
